Blinkay step by step
Download the app
Look for Blinkay in the App Store or on Google Play and download the app.
Sign Up
All you need is an email address, then set up your username and password, and choose which payment method you prefer: debit card, credit card, or PayPal.
Park and pay
Blinkay will locate your vehicle. Enter which type of zone you´re parked in and choose the amount of time you want to park. Then you can complete payment by choosing the option “Start parking operation.” We will let you know when your parking time is about to end.

Pay or claim your complaints from your mobile
If you didn´t add extra time, or miscalculated the amount of time you have to get back to your car, you may find yourself ticketed. With Blinkay, you can appeal the ticket or pay from the application itself.
Don´t overpay
If you get back to your car sooner than you thought, you can get refunded for the amount of time you didn´t use but already paid. All you have to do is select the option “Leave Parking” in the app.
